N° 11Retail & Spirits
Point at the bottle.Know everything.
The Daily Pour turns a phone camera into a spirits scanner: point at a label or barcode in-store and get identification, tasting notes, pricing and availability instantly.

The Challenge
What made it hard.
Store lighting is bad, labels are curved and reflective, and shoppers will not wait more than a second or two for a result.
Our Approach
How we built it.
We combined on-device vision for label detection with a barcode fallback, aggressive image pre-processing, and a matching service that resolves close variants and vintages.
